Side-profile of the fearsome Velnias, High Voltor, and pretty much boss to everything evil.
I ran into a few problems after his head was done, and his mane of spines would take too much time and would look like a mess. So you have his head. Yeah, he looks like a dragon, but he's not.
All that aside I put tons of effort forth with this and am pretty happy with the result, and I'd appreciate C&C if you have any.

I love the shading you did on his scales. Overall, I really do love what you did.

What I do suggest is when you color the yellow horns/spikes on him, to use a deeper color to shade, and smooth it out a bit. It'd help with intensity and definition. ^^

Nice C: I like the greens and purples. The texture gives it a more traditional feel, and the critter itself is quite unique. I think it would work well for a storybook <3
